Co-founder and Executive Director


PD Mundhra is eClerx’s Co-founder and Executive Director. He has nearly two decades of experience exemplifying eClerx’s values of delivering superior process management and analytics services to global corporations. Prior to founding the firm, PD worked in a multitude of roles in the banking and manufacturing sectors. PD holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from St. Xavier’s College in Kolkata, India.

Anjan Malik

Co-Founder and Director


Anjan Malik is eClerx’s Co-founder and Director. Anjan has in-depth experience in investment banking, capital markets, consulting and technology solutions. Prior to founding eClerx, Anjan headed Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.’s credit trading department in London. He has an MBA in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and a first class Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the Imperial College of Science and Technology in London.

Rohitash Gupta

Chief Financial Officer


As eClerx’s Chief Financial Officer, Rohitash leads all financial functions including Corporate Finance, Financial Reporting, Risk Management, M&A and Corporate Planning among others. Rohitash’s vast experience includes roles in manufacturing, power, automotive, and IT and ITES industries. Previously, he worked with ABB, Tata AutoComp Systems, and Siemens Information. Rohitash has a Bachelor of Technology degree and a Master of Management degree from the Indian Institute of Technology.

Scott Houchin

Global Head, eClerx Digital


Scott Houchin heads eClerx Digital, ensuring that clients maximize their ROI from sales, marketing, and digital activities. Prior to eClerx, Scott held leadership roles at Yahoo, Dell, and Gateway Inc. and was instrumental in driving paid search, affiliate and e-mail marketing performance for leading clients. Scott holds bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and English from the University of South Dakota.

Bob Horan

Global Head, eClerx Customer Operations


With over 25 years’ experience in the Cable and Utility industry, Bob leads the eClerx Customer Operations vertical. Previously, Bob held leadership and management roles within PECO Energy’s Nuclear Organization, the Customer Service Regulatory Group, and Comcast, where he was Vice President of Customer Care, responsible for domestic and international outsourcing as well as global workforce management.

Sanjay Kukreja

Global Head, Technology


Sanjay oversees eClerx’s software services and infrastructure division. He is responsible for driving application development and maintenance as well as infrastructure deployment for internal and external needs. Sanjay has extensive experience in consulting, technology, application and infrastructure outsourcing, within organizations such as Accenture, Microsoft, and SAP. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from IIT Kanpur and a PGDCM (MBA equivalent) from IIM Calcutta in India.

Hoshi Mistry

Global Head, Digital Delivery


Hoshi manages business operations and process re-engineering for eClerx’s enterprise e-commerce services. He designed and implemented our knowledge management and training programs and is exemplary in managing complex, data-driven processes for digital companies. Previously, he worked with Edgeware Technologies Private Limited, responsible for systems design and algorithm development. Hoshi received a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology and a Master’s of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology.

Amit Backshi

Global Head, Customer Operations Delivery


Amit manages eClerx Customer Operations delivery and has over 30 years’ experience in IT consulting, customer care operations, process improvement, and software development. Previously, Amit was responsible for end-to-end customer service delivery for Agilyst and Tech Mahindra and managed outsourced back-office operations for Idea Cellular and Tata DoCoMo. Amit holds an MBA from Panjab University and a B.E. from Thapar Institute of Technology in Punjab.

Srinivasan Nadadhur

Global Head, Markets Delivery


With 18 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Srinivasan manages operations for eClerx Markets’ India and drives execution excellence and automation initiatives across client engagements. Previously, he headed program management and business operations at iNautix, a Bank of New York Mellon company. Srini holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Gujarat University in India and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management.

Amir Bharwani

Global Head, Human Resources


Amir leads eClerx’s Human Resources and Quality division. He brings numerous years of Human Resource Management experience in core ITES including Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition. Previously, Amir worked with WNS, Bank of America Continuum India, SITEL and Epicenter and has led major human resource functions within large global businesses. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Pune in India.

Francine Falchook

Head, Client Strategy and Marketing


Francine Falchook is responsible for Client Strategy and Marketing at eClerx. In this role, she ensures our clients are kept abreast of eClerx’s full range of capabilities to provide efficiencies and process optimization. Additionally, Francine and her team oversee end-to-end marketing strategy and delivery including website, campaigns, industry conferences and client forums, brand management, and collateral creation.
