Twenty-five years ago, eClerx started operations from a humble office and just one client. Today, with over 20,000 employees worldwide, our growth is fueled by our deep domain specialization, automation capabilities, global delivery, and managed service model. As I approach my two-year anniversary here, I’m excited about building the future alongside you.

eClerx was founded in 2000 by Wharton graduates Anjan Malik and PD Mundhra, who pivoted from successful careers in investment banking to build something new – solutions that help businesses adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing world.
What started in a small office in Mumbai is now a global company, listed on stock exchanges, with over 20,000 employees serving clients across Americas, APAC, and EMEA.
eClerx is founded by Anjan Malik and PD Mundhra.
Our first delivery center opens in Mumbai, India.
We open our London office.
An eventful year: We list on the BSE & NSE, hit $30 Mn in revenue & acquire Igentica.
We hit our first major milestone: 1,000 employees strong, and growing fast.
We open our New York sales office.
We establish a presence in Singapore.
Forbes names us in Asia’s 200 Best Under a Billion. Momentum builds.
We go global with our first acquisition: US‑based Agilyst Inc.
Our expansion into Europe begins with the acquisition of Italy‑based CLX.
We open our largest U.S office in Fayetteville – bigger, bolder, better.
We cross 10,000 employees worldwide. The eClerx family is growing fast.
We acquire Personiv, adding Coimbatore, Manila, and Gurugram to our network.
We cross $300 Mn in revenue and 16,000 employees – a year of scale and strength.
Kapil Jain becomes CEO, leading a wave of inspiration and innovation.
We open new offices in Bangkok & Paris, and launch CLX Innovation Hub in Milan.
We cross 18,000 employees, with business operations in over 50 countries.
Our new delivery centers in Peru and Egypt bring us closer to clients worldwide.

This project provided quality education and access to higher studies for disadvantaged rural and tribal children, resulting in reduced dropouts, increased enrolments, and holistic development.
Through the Lighthouse Sustainable Livelihood Program, we focused on empowering disadvantaged youth from low-income communities through employment and entrepreneurship opportunities.
4,000+ underprivileged students were provided sustainable supplies made from discarded footwear, promoting education while diverting thousands of shoes from landfill.
Our partnership supported an initiative to raise awareness, promote menstrual hygiene, and address social taboos around menstruation among women and girls.
We installed solar panels and donated essentials like medicine & wheelchairs to an NGO that cares for abandoned children with special needs.
We travelled to Bulacan to plant trees, promoting a greener future, improving the local environment, and supporting long-term ecological benefits.
We donated essential school supplies to underprivileged children, supporting their education and helping them have the resources they need to succeed.
We donated essential back-to-school supplies to women’s and children’s shelters, helping support their education and daily learning needs.
We supported a shelter home for underprivileged girls with study materials, tuition fees, accommodation, meals, and healthcare to ensure uninterrupted learning.
We planted saplings to create a vibrant green space, enhancing the local ecosystem and delivering long-term ecological benefits.
