This year eClerx participated in the team category only, where we submitted a project to the Retail Project of the Year category. Our project made the shortlist, along with other big names such as KPMG, GEP, Intetics, Firstsource, Digital Teammates, and NTT Data. This recognition is a testament to eClerx’s excellence in strategic sourcing. Our submission highlighted a solution that helped one of our retail clients with automated and intuitive product categorization while delivering accurate product attribution. The net result was a frictionless customer experience with a dip in site abandonment by 10% and a 25% increase in order completion.
