The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on March 14, 2019, has approved the amendment to the “Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and Code of Fair Disclosure” in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018.

The above referred amended Code will be effective from April 1, 2019 and shall be made available on the website of the Company viz. www.eclerx.com
