Announcement – Board of Directors Meeting scheduled for August 9, 2022
The Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 inter-alia:
- To approve and take on record Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2022.
- To consider the proposal for issuance of Bonus equity shares of the Company.
The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed from July 1, 2022 and the shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the outcome of the meeting and dissemination of the financial results on August 9, 2022.
