Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2023, inter-alia, to approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) of the Company for the quarter/period ended December 31, 2022.

The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed from January 1, 2023 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the outcome of the board meeting and dissemination of the financial results on February 2, 2023.
