Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, January 28, 2021, inter-alia, to approve and take on record Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) of the Company for the quarter/period ended December 31, 2020.

The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed from January 1, 2021 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results on January 28, 2021.
