Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, July 6, 2020 to consider and approve, inter-alia, the proposal for Buy-Back of fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each of the Company in accordance with the provisions of Section 68, 69 and 70 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules framed thereunder and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy-Back of Securities) Regulations, 2018 and other related matters. As informed vide our letter number eClerx/SECD/SE/2020/038 dated June 30, 2020, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated Persons of the Company has already been closed from July 1, 2020 and the same shall remain closed until further intimation.
