Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, March 14, 2019 to consider and approve, inter-alia, the proposal for Buy-Back of fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each of the Company in accordance with the provisions of Section 68, 69 and 70 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules framed thereunder and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy-Back of Securities) Regulations, 2018.

In terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing or trading in securities of the Company has been closed with immediate effect, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the outcome of the above referred Board meeting is announced.
