The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, inter‐alia, to approve and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2022. The Board of Directors of the Company will also consider the recommendation of a Dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2022.

The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed from April 1, 2022, and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results on May 24, 2022.
