Announcement – Board of Directors Meeting scheduled for November 10, 2022
Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, November 10, 2022 inter-alia:
- To approve and take on record Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022.
- To consider and approve, the proposal for buy back of its fully paid up equity shares of the Company and other related matters.
The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed from October 1, 2022 and the shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the outcome of the board meeting and dissemination of the financial results on November 10, 2022.
