Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2020, inter-alia, to approve and take on record Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020.

The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed from October 1, 2020, and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results on November 5, 2020.
