Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, inter-alia, to approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024.

The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed from October 1, 2024 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the outcome of the board meeting and dissemination of the financial results on November 5, 2024.
