Meeting of the Buy-Back Committee of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, April 26, 2019, inter-alia, to approve the final terms and conditions of Buy-Back of equity shares of the Company, subject to shareholders’ approval. The result of the Postal Ballot being conducted to seek shareholders’ approval for the Buy-Back will be announced on April 26, 2019, before the captioned meeting.

Pursuant to the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed with effect from April 1, 2019, until further intimation.
