Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 granted 500,040 options (constituting 1.05% of the existing paid‐up share capital of the Company) to the employees of the Company and its subsidiary(ies) under ESOP 2022 Scheme/Plan at an exercise price of Rs. 2,469.45 per option.
