Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 and Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. February 2, 2022, based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved appointment of  Mr. Srinivasan Nadadhur as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from May 12, 2022 in place of Mr. Rohitash Gupta, who has opted to step down from the CFO designation from the Company, and take a leave of sabbatical.
