The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Thursday, November 7, 2019, which commenced at 3.55 p.m. and concluded at 5.35 p.m., inter-alia, unanimously approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors, for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2019.
