The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 1, 2018, which commenced at 12.15 p.m. and concluded at 2.20 p.m., inter-alia, unanimously approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors, for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2018.
