The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Thursday, February 1, 2024, which commenced at 1:30 p.m. and concluded at 4:40 p.m., inter-alia, unanimously:

1. Approved the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter/period ended December 31, 2023.
2. Approved appointment of Mr. Amit Majmudar (DIN: 00565425) as an Additional Director designated as Non-Executive Independent Director, not liable to retire by rotation, for a tenure of 5 consecutive years commencing from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2029, subject to approval of the shareholders.
