The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Thursday, February 2, 2023, which commenced at 3.30 p.m. and concluded at 6.15 p.m., inter-alia, unanimously approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors, for the quarter/period ended December 31, 2022.
