Outcome of the Board Meeting held on October 24, 2025

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Friday, October 24, 2025, which commenced at 3:00 p.m. and concluded at 6:20 p.m., inter-alia, unanimously:

  1. Approved the Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.
  2. Approved the re-appointment of Mr. Srinjay Sengupta as Non-Executive Independent Director, not liable to retire by rotation, for a second term of 5 (five) consecutive years commencing from January 28, 2026 till January 27, 2031, subject to the approval of shareholders.
  3. Approved the Buy Back of equity shares of the Company through Tender offer, subject to the approval of shareholders.
