The Buy Back Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide resolution passed by way of circulation on June 24, 2024, fixed Thursday, July 4, 2024, as the record date in terms of the provisions of Regulation 42 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Regulation 9 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy Back of Securities) Regulations, 2018, and other applicable provisions, to determine:

1. The names of the equity shareholders who would be eligible to participate in the Buy Back;
2. The names of the equity shareholders to whom the Letter of Offer and Tender Offer Form will be delivered in relation to the Buy Back; and
3. The entitlement of equity shareholders in the Buy Back.
