The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2018, which commenced at 1.00 p.m. and concluded at 2.45 p.m., inter-alia, unanimously considered and approved, the following:-

1. Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors, for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2017. The Financials, earnings presentation and other details are attached herein;
2. Appointment of Mr. Pratik Bhanushali as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company (to be termed as Key Managerial Personnel under section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013) effective from January 30, 2018.
