The Company has received the approval/final observations from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide letter no. SEBI/HO/CFD/DCR1/OW/P/2021/27462/1 dated October 7, 2021 on the Draft Letter of Offer dated September 21, 2021.

In accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy-Back of Securities) Regulations, 2018, as amended, the Company will dispatch the letter of offer to the Eligible Shareholders holding equity shares as on record date i.e. September 30, 2021.
