Common and simplified norms for processing investor’s service requests and norms for furnishing PAN, KYC details and Nomination

As a part of its ongoing measures to protect the interest of the investors, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), had prescribed the common and simplified norms for processing investor’s service requests by RTAs and norms for furnishing PAN, KYC details and Nomination, wherein it had been made mandatory for all holders of physical securities to furnish of Income Tax PAN, KYC details, nomination; freezing of folios without valid PAN, KYC details and compulsory linking of PAN and Aadhaar.   For further information please refer the following SEBI Circulars:
