The Equity shares of eClerx for which dividends have remained unclaimed or unpaid for 7 (seven) consecutive years are liable to be transferred to IEPF Suspense Account as per Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer, and Refund) Rules, 2016 (Rules).

The Shareholders should note that both the unclaimed dividend and shares transferred to the IEPF Suspense Account can be reclaimed from IEPF Authority after following the procedure prescribed in the Rules. No claim shall lie against eClerx in respect of unclaimed dividend amount and the shares transferred to IEPF Suspense Account pursuant to the Rules.
