Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2019, inter-alia, to approve and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2019. The Board of Directors of the Company will also consider recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2019.

Pursuant to the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed with effect from April 1, 2019 and the same will remain closed until further intimation. The date of opening of the Trading Window will be intimated to the stock exchange(s) in due course of time.
