The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Thursday, January 30, 2020, which commenced at 1.15 p.m. and concluded at 3.55 p.m., inter-alia, unanimously approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2019.
