The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 which commenced at 1.45 p.m. and concluded at 4.15 p.m. unanimously approved the following:-

1.  Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors, for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021.

2.  Appointment of M/s. Mehta & Mehta, Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for FY2022.
