The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 has approved the amendment to the “Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and Code of Fair Disclosure” framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time. The above referred amended Code will be effective from April 1, 2022.
