Announcement under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 – Change of name of the Registrar and Transfer Agent
The Company has been informed by its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) vide their email dated March 16, 2022, that with effect from February 24, 2022, its name has been changed from “KFin Technologies Private Limited” to “KFin Technologies Limited” pursuant to the conversion of its status from a private company to a public company.
