“The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on Thursday, March 18, 2021 has approved the amendment to the “Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and Code of Fair Disclosure” in compliance with the SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD/CIR/P/2021/19 dated  February 09, 2021.

The above referred amended Code shall be made available on the website of the Company viz. www.eclerx.com.”
