New York // eClerx Services Ltd (ECLERX.NS) has been awarded four prestigious medals at the 2023 American Society for Quality (ASQ) South Asia Team Excellence Awards, recognizing the company’s excellence and innovation in quality and process management. Competing against industry leaders like Wipro, Tata, and Max Life, eClerx earned the following honors:
- Silver: Cable & Internet Equipment Health Check Automation (Customer Operations)
- Bronze: NLP-Based Automated Quality Audits for Contact Center Chat (Customer Operations)
- Bronze: Reducing Incidents Across a Global Website (Digital)
- Bronze: Resource Onboarding Process Optimization (Financial Markets)
The ASQ South Asia Awards celebrate the outstanding work of organizations driving quality and process excellence. eClerx’s Customer Operations division, sponsored by Associate Principal Vinay Verma, led the charge with two major wins in automation.
The Silver-winning project, championed by Pawan Joshi, automated equipment health checks, removing manual labor and boosting efficiency. Another Customer Operations project, led by Harmanpreet Singh, earned Bronze for using Natural Language Processing (NLP) to automate quality audits, reducing errors in work order processing.

eClerx’s Digital and Financial Markets divisions also earned Bronze medals for their impactful projects. The Digital team, sponsored by Associate Principals Mahim Gour and Shashank Joshi, significantly reduced incidents on a global website for a long-time client, helping to prevent potential revenue loss. The Financial Markets team, sponsored by Associate Principal Shyam Iyengar, optimized the resource onboarding process, reducing turnaround times and setting new benchmarks.
