2022 in Review: The Year of Awards & New Partnerships In 2022, eClerx set ambitious goals for recognition and strategic alliances, and by year’s end, these goals have been realized through multiple awards and partnerships.

In December, eClerx received the Data Security Council of India (DSCI) Excellence Award for Best Security Practices in IT and IT-enabled Services for small and medium-sized organizations. The award, presented during the NASSCOM-DSCI Annual Information Security Summit in Gurgaon, India, recognizes eClerx’s commitment to maintaining top-tier data security. The DSCI, established by NASSCOM, is a non-profit body focused on advancing cybersecurity and data protection standards in India.

Also in December, eClerx’s Robotic Process Automation (RPA) product, Roboworx, earned a nomination for the prestigious Edison Awards™ 2023, a competition that highlights excellence in product innovation, design, and human-centered development.

Earlier in the year, in September, Roboworx won the “Best Proposition for AI, Machine Learning” category at the Data Management Insight Awards USA 2022, presented by the A-Team Group. This award, received at the Data Management Summit in New York, acknowledges leading solutions in data management for the capital markets, with selections based on the relevance and impact of the solution within the industry.

In June, eClerx Compliance Manager received the NASSCOM AI Game Changer Award 2022 in the BFSI segment, recognizing the innovative AI capabilities of the Compliance Manager solution.

Additionally, in May, eClerx and IHFC, the Technology Innovation Hub of the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, launched a strategic partnership to co-develop solutions in AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, and Mobility. This collaboration aims to drive advancements in image recognition, speech recognition, natural language processing, text mining, and intelligent automation.

These achievements mark a successful year for eClerx, underscoring the company’s role as a leader in business process management, technology innovation, and cybersecurity.
