Winner of ASQ International Gold Award for Quality Excellence

Mumbai // Jun 11, 2021 // eClerx Services Ltd (ECLERX.NS) announced today that its Quality program has been named a Gold Medal winner by the American Society for Quality (ASQ) – one of the most coveted awards in the Quality space globally.

Established in 1985, the ASQ is recognized for its Six Sigma certifications, communities of Quality professionals and practitioners, and global awards. This year saw over 400 firms across 35 countries participate in their ASQ’s International Team Excellence Award program.

eClerx’s award-winning project involved leveraging our Product Data Management services to improve first pass accuracy to enrich online products for a leading Digital client. Through our Six Sigma approach, our team was able to boost first pass quality from 78% to 96%, reduced the files return percentage from 91% to 5%, and stabilized resource utilization for our client.

With only three companies headquartered in India receiving this award to date, this achievement builds on eClerx’s previous wins at ASQ’s South Asia Excellence Awards in 2016, 2017, and 2018.
